Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of CRMEX, a customer relationship management (CRM) software operated by Nweb ("we", "us", "our"). By using the CRMEX software, in its self-hosted or hosted modality, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
CRMEX is offered in two modalities: (a) Self-Hosted, where you download and install the software on your own infrastructure; and (b) Hosted, where we operate the software for you on Nweb infrastructure, accessible at app.crmex.mx.
2. License and updates
Downloading the software for the Self-Hosted modality grants you the right to one (1) free update following your initial download. Access to additional updates requires an active Annual License, priced as shown on the pricing section of this site.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Hosted modality is billed in Mexican pesos (MXN) on a monthly basis (Monthly Plan). The Self-Hosted modality, when the customer wants to keep receiving updates, is billed on an annual basis (Annual License). Both renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled beforehand. Current prices are shown in the pricing section of this site and may be updated with reasonable prior notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel the Monthly Plan or the Annual License renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On the Hosted modality, we will provide a full backup of your information before terminating the service.
5. Data ownership
Any data you enter into CRMEX, in either modality, remains your exclusive property. Nweb claims no rights over such information and provides full export mechanisms in a standard, portable format.
6. Liability
CRMEX is provided "as is". On the Self-Hosted modality, operation, security and availability of the infrastructure are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. On the Hosted modality, Nweb makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability without guaranteeing a specific uptime percentage unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this same page along with the last updated date.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.
